Established in 1995, we are located on Galveston Island. Serving you locally, let us save you time on your apartment hunt by working with us. Gulf Apartment Locators specializes in helping people move to Galveston, Texas, to find an apartment. As an apartment broker, we have featured properties and a wide number of apartments for rent. We do our research into communities to check for availability and know the area extremely well. In addition to apartments, we also lease townhomes and historical lofts.

Getting You Into Your New Home

We provide email packages to you with a list of apartment information, including square footage and floor plans, based on your needs. Once we have made initial contact with you, we can pre-qualify you with a questionnaire. We offer property tours and stay in communication with you constantly. Our company can help anybody find housing for any amount of time, whether you're moving here for a new job or a medical student who just needs a place for a semester. This service costs nothing for you; we only ask that you refer us to a friend or family if you're happy with our services.

About Us

Gulf Apartment Locators' founder, Wanda Griggs, began her real estate career in Houston, Texas, in 1984. She worked in commercial property management with Houston's finest firms, such as Henry S. Miller, Tarantino Properties, and Asset Management. In 1995, she moved to Galveston, Texas, and started Gulf Apartment Locators. With more than 20 years of experience, our goal is to save you time by doing all the research, so you can move in to your next home faster.
